| About me | I love what I do and am grateful for the opportunity to help improve people’s health and well being. For my own health, I like running, cooking vegetarian fare, rock climbing. I practice yoga as often as I can because I find it to be a beautiful practice, a meditation that keeps mind and body in balance. Generally speaking I enjoy going out a lot more than staying in. You probably won’t find me sitting on a couch in front of the TV for long periods of time. I like dining out, wine tasting, art shows, plays. Good music makes me happy, so I am often hunting down shows, from indie folk to house. Road trips to LA, SB, and my favorite city San Francisco.
