I am a well educated professional originally from the upper Mid-West. I have had a colorful and very exciting life and I want to share new adventures. My dad was my idol, hero and mentor. He was an excellent athlete and I followed in his footsteps. I played baseball, golf, and bowling at the highest level. I received a great education and was able for a short time play at a professional level. I was also a drummer at a high level as well. I played with the best musicians and bands in the Chicago area. My favorite gig was when I was attending college at Madison, Wisconsin, during the disco era. There was a club called the church key, and they would have a dj and I would play along with the records above the dj. From the age of 12 thru my early 30’s I was focused on sports and drumming. I got married late in life, my choice, had alot on my plate and did not need any distrctions. I have seen many talented people crash and burn by getting married to young. I was married for over 20 years, and the relationship was great but not without adversity. My wife had MS and needed constant care the last 10 years of her life. A mans character can be judged by how he handles adversity and I put everything on hold to be with her to the end and give her the best of everything. She passed away in 2008. I am starting a new chapter in my life. I am very open minded and looking forward to new adventures. I have some great qualities from old fashioned values and morals. I am very independant, witty, with a great sense of humor. I have no regrets, I would do it all over again in a heart beat. I am positive, easy going, down to earth and not materialistic. I am not clingy or needy, I let my partner do her own thing and respect her for just being herself. Thats it. |
