I’m a gamer and a huge fan of anime and manga. I currently work at a video game store and I love it, with the exception of my assistant manager that frustrates me to no end. The only tv shows I watch are online, and are almost solely political shows (and mostly to the left politically). I love my technology and am thoroughly addicted to the internet. I hate shopping unless it’s for technology, books, or video games. Also, I’m not actually out to my very religious family and don’t plan to announce it to them until I’m safely a state away. As such, I’m planning on moving to Chicago, IL early next year. A potential partner? Um, someone that I can be myself around without judgement. Someone that, if they aren’t a gamer themselves, at least won’t get upset with me for wanting to spend a fair amount of time on video games (I don’t discriminate; I have all systems, though I do prefer the PS3 and have very little respect for the Wii. And I swear I won’t dump anyone for WoW, that’s just messed up). But no technophobes, please. I’m sick of fixing my mom’s computer and smartphone when she crashes them by just turning them on, I have no desire to do that for anyone else. |
